Three things for which I’m grateful today:
1. Kicking off the New Year doing something healthy and reconnecting with many friends a the Calhoun’s New Year’s Day 5K.
2. After the race, spending a quite day at home with the lovely Sarah and Marley.
3. Giving myself permission to eat some foods I’ve stayed away from (like chocolate-covered pretzels) for a second day. Back to clean eating tomorrow.
